The Central Longerath Union (CLU) is a politico-economic union of 8 member states that are located in Longerath. The CLU was established on the 20th of January 317 with Samuelonia, Angliya, Phenixia, Drekanland, Westdenia, Ancalda, Northern Dascunya and Western Hochland becoming full member states.
History
Union
Upon formation all eight member states signed the Kleinburg Treaty which established an internal single market, free movement of people, goods, services, and capital within the internal market, enactment of legislation in justice and home affairs, and maintain common policies on trade, agriculture, fisheries, and regional development. Within the CLU Area, passport controls were abolished for CLU citizens. A monetary union was also established and is composed of all 8 member states which use the LU dollar currency.
