Diplomatic seals are identifying plaques, often displyaing a national symbol, affixed to the entrance of buildings housing embassies and other kinds of diplomatic delegations. The exchange of these seals is conventionally a gesture that accompanies the establishment of diplomatic relations between nations of the Vexillium.
