Rusch Racing was established in 299AP (1363 Zartanian Calendar) in preparation for the inaugural season of the RZOEAZ professional stock car racing league. Founded by former Eastern Zartanian stock car racer Jimmy Rusch, the team has competed in every season of the RZOEAZ, winning the Scepter Cup owner's championship once, in 301AP.
During the team's initial season, in 299AP, Rusch Racing owned seven of the nearly 50 teams competing in the sport.

Following the conclusion of the 299AP season, the RZOEAZ instituted new rules limiting the number of teams an individual owner could possess. Forced to limit themselves to only three teams, Rusch Racing elected to sell the No. 11, No. 30, No. 97, and No. 99 teams.
- The No. 11 was purchased by start-up owner Henders Racing.
- The No. 30 was purchased by Guwimithian owner Manaar Racing, and transitioned from Veron to Parmiyon cars.
- The No. 97 was purchased by Whiland-based Black Star Racing Syndicate and transitioned from Veron to Parmiyon cars.
- The No. 99 was purchased by Westria-based Carl Sithz Racing and also transitioned from Veron to Parmiyon cars.
