A small, proud, embitter nation struggling to rebuild after the loss of Empire, ideological divisions and foreign intervention that tore it apart. . . often upstaged by it's more extrovert neighbour. . . in a globalized Vex trying to define itself and it's culture. . . governed by Time Lords!?!
